Terms and Conditions for PA/MD Girls Basketball Camp

 

Registration & Payment

All participants must complete the registration form and submit full payment before attending the camp. Payment secures a participant’s spot; limited spots are available.

 

Health & Safety

Participants must provide emergency contact information and any relevant medical conditions.Parents/guardians acknowledge that participation involves physical activity and assume all risks related to injuries. The camp is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or any medical conditions that arise during camp.

 

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to display sportsmanship, respect coaches and fellow players, and follow instructions. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the camp without a refund.

 

Liability Waiver

By registering, parents/guardians release PA/MD Girls LLC and its staff from liability for any injuries or damages incurred during camp activities.Parents/guardians acknowledge the risks associated with sports participation.

 

Media Release:

The camp may take photos/videos for promotional purposes. By registering, participants grant permission for their image to be used in promotional materials, social media, or the website. If a parent/guardian does not wish for their child to be photographed, they must notify the camp in writing via email before camp starts.

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

A $175.00 non-refundable deposit must accompany your application. The balance of your camp fee is to be paid on or before the first day of camp. If you need to cancel you must do so in writing (via email) 14 days prior to the start of camp. You will have the choice of a refund (minus the deposit) or a full credit good for one year. However, no refunds or credits will be issued if you cancel after 14 days prior to camp.​​ The camp also reserves the right to deny registration/admission to the camp due to past negative/poor behavior and conduct that is detrimental to the camp.

No refunds will be issued after camp begins. If the camp is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, facility issues), registered participants will be offered a rescheduled date or a partial refund.

 

Personal Belongings

The camp is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Participants should only bring necessary items to camp.

 

Agreement to Terms

By registering for the camp, parents/guardians and participants acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
